Writing for Wellness and Growth
Begin or end your day with a period of reflection and personal growth. This six (6) week group uses short structured writing activities, such as creative journaling and poetry, to increase self-awareness and have some fun. Two sessions are offered.
Session A: Mondays, 5:30pm – 6:45 pm, October 16th through November 20th.
Session B: Tuesdays, 7:15am – 8:30am, October 17th through November 21st.
Location: Quaker Lane, Alexandria, VA
Cost: $115 for the six-week series. All materials provided
